Courses
The race is held entirely within the confines of London’s Trent Park with a mix of grassy, trail and tarmac sections. We have three different routes for the senior race, junior 4.5km race, and junior 2km fun run, which are all mapped below.

Trophies and medals
Trophies will be presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd finishers respectively in the Senior, Vet and Super Vet categories (Male and Female) and to the first 60+ male and female finishers.
Trophies will also be awarded to the first male and female finishers who break the course record. The trophy ceremony will take place at 12:00 noon in the finish area.
All runners will receive a medal upon completion of the race, and a high-quality technical T-shirt is available to purchase at registration.

A portion of the race entry fees supports local charities, and the event has a club and community atmosphere, with many runners returning year after year.
